Census Merge Mistake - need to fix specific citations

I know, I know ........ I have been warned before about the caution needed before merging sources, but this happened a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away...... I apparently accidentally merged two sources together: the 1920 Census and the 1940 Census. So some people have a residence fact with 1920 Census as the source, but the Citation says 1940 Census and the Citation Detail says 1920 Census. The media is the correct 1920 Census image.
I have begun editing each person and adding another 1920 Census source, then editing the erroneous 1920 source and tagging the 1920 census image to the new 1920 citation, then deleting the erroneous 1920 source, but I have about 100 people with this error and it is very time-consuming.
So I need to change all instances of Residence Year 1920, source name 1940 United States Federal Census, and Citation Detail 1920 United States Federal Census.
Many thanks in advance.
