Release Notes

Add support for RM version 9
There were no logic changes except that the location of the xml settings file created by RM 9 is in a new folder. This follows the pattern set in RM7 => RM8.

New feature-
Ability to create a HASH file. This is a text file listing each media file, it location and its MD5 hash. The HASH value is "unique" for the exact file content, so a change in the HASH will make any file content change obvious.
HASH is calculated using the file content default data stream only, not file name, mod dates, etc.
