Software to help with management of external files (media files) when using RootsMagic software v7,8 & 9
1- fix slow running query with later versions of SQLite library
2- add new option that finds duplicate file names as opposed to
duplicate full file paths.
3- options in config file renamed- DUP_FILEPATHS & DUP_FILENAMES
4- the exe file now uses SQLite lib v 3.42.0
4- update ReadMe and sample RM-config.ini
