Test publish response time after moving all posts earlier than 2025-01-01 to another Category

Quote from Tom Holden on 2025-09-02, 8:21 pmBecause the time delay from submitting a new topic or a comment on an existing one to it being published has grown to around 25-30 seconds as the Forum database has increased in size, and after experiments revealed that response times were on the order of 10x better for posts to a forum in a new Category, I've created an Archive Category and moved all posts earlier than 2025-01-01 into its forum "Closed Topics". This substantially reduces the number of posts in the former Chit-Chat Forum renamed "Discussion" under the former "General" Category renamed "Current". This post is intended to measure what the response time is in the now much lightened Category.
